Victory Court is a beautiful community that has 16 apartments located in the popular University Heights neighborhood. All of the apartments are like new, with large living rooms that have wood floors and gas fireplaces. The kitchens have all of today's modern conveniences including dishwashers, microwaves and garbage disposals. They also have either cherry, white or maple cabinetry and breakfast bars.
There are also private balconies or porches, lofted bedrooms (in the two-bedroom apartments), private in-unit laundry, and air conditioning. Cats are welcome and one heated, underground parking space is included.
